Egyptian Art

As I mentioned in my last post, we have been learning lots about Ancient Egypt. A couple of weeks ago, our teacher told each of us to paint a picture of an Egyptian God. I was very excited because art is something I love to do.

My painting was based on a picture of a bird headed God. I enjoyed blending colors the most and found it difficult getting my brush strokes thin. Overall, I was proud of the end result and would love to do more paintings of Egyptian Gods in the future!
